We are looking for someone with a considerable work ethic and an uncanny ability to get any person in the world on the phone or find any conceivable piece of information on the Internet without taking 'no' for an answer. Appetite/aptitude for innovative technology, learning, responsibility and accountability is a must, as is professional appearance and demeanor. The ability to communicate effectively, improvise on occasion, take initiative, project self-confidence, and effectively juggle dozens of projects simultaneously will be important intangibles for the successful candidate.

Qualifications:
Successful candidate will be computer-savvy and digitally entitled - the more such skills with better – and must have a notable history of success in prior business and personal endeavors. Familiarity with IT infrastructure, data centers and green buildings (LEED) would be beneficial, and the ability to quickly learn and apply complex concepts is a must. Comfort with public speaking and frequent presentations are also desirable skills.

As a ground floor opportunity, there is no upward limit on earnings potential and career advancement, up to and including fast-tracked partnership and/or partial ownership in Op2mize and/or various real estate investments. We will provide extensive training and all the responsibility you can handle in a fast-paced, everchanging environment. We are offering a ground-floor opportunity for a LEED accredited professional to build and run a Sustainability Services practice group. We are looking for a pro-active selfmotivated individual with a considerable work ethic and an uncanny ability to get things done. Team management, communications, client interface, written reports, creative presentations, networking and business development will be typical responsibilities in this position in addition to other activities.

Qualifications:
Successful candidate will have familiarity and/or experience with the various LEED categories and alternatives, the LEED application and certification process, sustainable design, energy efficiency and environmental sensitivity issues, pricing structure and ROI dynamics, specifications, available investment tax credits and other inducement programs, vendor and sourcing alternatives, and credible expertise in the “green” world. The successful candidate will also be computer-savvy and digitally entitled - the more such skills with better – and must have a considerable history of success in prior endeavors. Op2mize requires a Summer Intern to perform a variety of important and fulfilling commercial real estate, information technology, and sustainability projects. Our clients include some of the largest companies in the world and you will interact with them while gaining practical, applicable real-world knowledge, insights and experience.

Successful candidate will be computer-savvy and digitally-entitled - the more such skills the better – and must have a considerable work ethic along with professional appearance and demeanor. Other important qualifications included being selfmotivated, willingness to take initiative, and the ability to communicate frequently and efficiently. Familiarity with real estate and/or IT and/or sustainability would be helpful; real estate license optional.
