August, 2011 - Op2mize and project partner InBalance complete an array of high-impact Sustainable Services for Freedman Seating Company in Chicago, including a comprehensive energy audit, a 25 kW solar/PV rooftop system installation, power factor correction & lighting retrofit. Additionally IL-DCEO and Federal grants were secured along with ComEd rebates and EPACT deductions contributing to an accelerated ROI!
June 13-15, 2011 - Geoffrey Kasselman, SIOR, LEED AP speaks on two expert panels at Realcomm 2011 in Orlando, Florida. The sessions included "Next Generation MARKETING - Technology as a Competitive Edge" and "Defining the Commercial and Corporate Real Estate Market".
March 24, 2011 - Geoffrey Kasselman, SIOR, LEED AP wins two awards at the Chicago Association of Realtors' 2010 Sales Awards including the Commercial Platinum Gross Sales and Commercial Platinum Gross Lease Square Footage. At CAR's request, Geoff gave an inspriational speech to a packed house of over 700 peers and attendees from the House of Blues stage! Awesome!
Throughout 2011 - Op2mize has been featured at several events in 2011 including the 9th Annual Commercial Real Estate Conference in Chicago, IL; SIOR-Toronto Chapter's Annual Ski Day featuring an Advanced Social Networking Seminar for continuing education credit in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada; and the Spring SIOR Global Conference where we presented Social Networking for Real Estate 2.0 in Scottsdale, AZ.
